Sept 27, 2022 Week 1: Preventing Misbehavior – Learn strategies to set your child up for success before misbehavior can show up.
Oct 4, 2022 Week 2: Parental Attention – Master different ways to use your own attention to promote positive behavior.
Oct 11, 2022 Week 3: Routines, House Rules, and Rewards – Develop routines that fit your family’s needs and find incentives (big or small) that actually work.
Oct 18, 2022 Week 4: Effective Instructions – Learn more effective ways of giving instructions and promoting first-time listening.
Oct 25, 2022 Week 5: Dealing with Big Behavior – Learn evidence-based strategies for responding to big feelings that lead to aggression or tantrums.
Nov 1, 2022 Week 6: Parenting, Above and Beyond! – Review workshop strategies, fine-tune your plan for implementing skills learned, and graduate the workshop.

Dr Ziv Bell, PhD
Dr Ziv conducts evidence-based, effective, efficient, client-centered, and goal-oriented cognitive-behavioral therapies (CBT). He focuses on conducting solution-focused, meaningful, and understandable psychological assessments to help families understand their child or adolescent’s strengths and challenges.
Dr Lynda Hernández, PhD, NCSP
Dr Lynda enjoys working with families to master effective parenting strategies, revise routines, and restore peace. Using evidence-based strategies (and a touch of humor), she supports children’s improved behavioral, academic, and social well-being. She leverages the individual strengths of each family to empower children and families work more cohesively.
